The Arizona Senior Olympics (ASO), Arizona’s premier competition for seniors, was founded by the City of Phoenix in 1981.

Arizona Senior Olympics is a program of the Arizona Lifelong Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and implementing fitness programs and activities for people fifty years and over.

The Games are open to anyone over fifty, regardless of residency, and are held in venues throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Annually, thousands of competitors converge from around the state to participate in one of the largest, most successful Senior Olympic events in the nation.

The 35th Annual edition of the Arizona state games will be held in Phoenix. For more information call the ASO office at 602/274-7742.
