 Registration
entry dates are October 22-December 30.
All
entries must be postmarked
by Sunday,
December 30, the
entry deadline date.
Individual participants
must complete the Individual Events Entry and Waiver Form. Submit the
completed form along with appropriate payment for total participation
fees and fees for additional items
(pins, t-shirts). See Individual Entry Form for pin and t-shirt costs.
Refer
to the Schedule of Events and Map
for dates, times and locations of events to avoid scheduling conflicts
and to allow
transportation time between events.
Partner sports
(Badminton, Croquet, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Table Tennis and Tennis
only) are now considered a team sport and you must register as a team.

Team captain/manager
(Baseball, Basketball 3-on-3, Bocce, Softball and Volleyball only),
please fill in and submit Team Entry Form.
Pre-purchased
t-shirts and pins will be available during the Activity Fair/Torch
Lighting Ceremony at Reid Park/DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center, Saturday,
January 19 from 9am-2pm. If you are unable to attend the Activity Fair/Torch
Lighting Ceremony, you may pick-up your t-shirts and pins at the Senior
Olympic Festival office located in the Southwest District between January
22-31 between 9am and 4pm. NOTE: T-shirts will only be available
at Opening Ceremonies, event sites, and at the Southwest District.

Driving
directions to the Senior Olympics office—from Park and Ajo travel
1 block south on Ajo to Palmdale. Turn east on Palmdale, follow Palmdale
around until it becomes Santa Rita. The Southwest District Senior Olympic
office is on the right. Look for the American flag!
