Individual Participants All festival entrants for individual events are to participate in the age category of their 2012 birthday. For example: if a lady is turning 60 in December of 2012, she is to compete in the 60-64 category (even though she will be 59 at the time of competition). *Players must present valid picture I.D. before start of competition. Individual participants must complete the Individual Events Entry and Waiver Form. Submit the completed form along with appropriate payment for total participation fees and fees for additional items (pins, t-shirts).
Mail or deliver the completed forms in person, along with your check/cash for the Participation Fees Total Payment, to— Senior Olympic Festival Make checks payable to “Senior Olympic Festival.” Final registration deadline is December 31, 2011 (must be postmarked by). Note: Any registration received after January 1, 2012 will be subject to a $3 per event late fee. No registrations will be accepted after January 11, 2012 (or postmarked by).
